UOSP Facilitators Training completed successfully...

A 12 days long "UOSP Facilitators Training" on how to facilitate the UOSP classes has been successfully concluded on 14 february 2017 in Saurha Chitwan during the formally organized closing ceremony program. UOSP stands or Urban Out of School Program.

The training was organized by the Bharapur Sub-metropolitan City (BSMC) Office under the Child Friendly Local Governance component. During the closing of the event, the Chief and Executive Officer of BSMC, President, Advisor and other senior responsible persons from implementing partner-Diyalo and facilitators from NGOCC Parsa were presence. The event was anchored by Social Development Officer of BSMC in which 8 UOSP acilitatos including 1 Coordinator were graduated.

Diyalo Pariwar with the financial and technical support from UNICEF-Nepal through Bharatpur Sub-Metropolitan City Office is going to operate 10 UOSP classes with this the Sub-metropolitan City area reaching to 200 children of different vulnerable groups including child labors who are not enrolled in formal school education system because of their poor and other family conditions.

The aim of the UOSP classes include to teach them with informal approaches based on life skills and other practical ways to make them able to socialization and ready them to be enrolled in the formal education system where as possible.
